Existing Secretary Mr.Mrinal Pandey Ji/Ministry of Education ,Govt. of India communicated with Mr.BalaDatt Sharma ji by sending a thankful/appraisal letter. - Covid 19 Support in Railway Service : Team Leader of Pharmacy Team for Production of Alcohol Based Hand Sanitizer at Local Level during crisis, Covid Counseling started for motivational support to the Covid Positive Patient and other management as assigned by department to initiate Covid Ward at Divisional Railway Hospital,Northern Railway Moradabad in First wave of Covid in 2020 .
Now in Second Wave of Covid in 2021 Covid & Pharmacy Counseling /Motivational Counseling started for proper treatment of the Home Isolated patient by Video Call /Phone in NGO. - Critical Thinker : Having a good quality of Critical thinking in difficult circumstances with patience.
